Hierarcy Topology

Computer network topology has a variety of types, one of which is the hierarchy topology. Hierarchy topology is a computer network topology that has a shape like a branching tree. This topology is an extension or wide version of the star topology. In this topology each node has a relationship with the other nodes, the nodes that have a high level will be placed at the top while the lower nodes will be stored below. Like a tree in this topology every node can think of a branch that is other nodes.

In the process of data transmission, the data sent must first through the node is located above the node which becomes the branch central node to achieve the purpose of sending messages. With this system, if the branch central node is damaged it will hamper the process of sending data, especially on nodes that are farthest in a network.

Then what are the advantages and disadvantages of the hierarchy topology? Of course every topology will have its own deficiencies and advantages. To find out if this topology matches or not with the network you are about to build, here are the advantages and disadvantages of the hierarchy topology.

The advantage of the hierarchy topology is that it is easy to manage each node, this is because of the central nodes at each level. Another advantage is the hierarchy topology can reach a very long distance because of the repeater that becomes the signal amplifier at each hub.

The disadvantage of the hierarchy topology is that if a node breaks it will interfere with the node node underneath it. Then in the process of installation requires a lot of cables, so it must be able to design carefully to minimize the use of unnecessary cable. And the last is often the collision of data when the data transmission process is in progress.
Cloud computing

Along with the development of technology and human needs, the computer is experiencing a very rapid development. Utilization of computers has been used in various fields of human, so at this time the computer cannot be released for business and human life. Cloud computing is one of the use of computers with Internet-based development. Cloud computing is a term applied to internet network technology.

Cloud computing arises because it needs a computer that can provide continuous service in an area that covers the global area. In cloud computing system resources that include data, applications, stored in the server. This server serves as the service provider of client computers. The server will continue to run, and provide data transmission at any time so that the server computer must have a good performance. Storage and maintenance of the server should be done well.

Cloud computing has a different type and type, according to the function and purpose of making the cloud computing. Based on the type of services cloud computing is differentiated into Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).

In cloud computing there is a technology used as its application, namely public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid cloud.

Public Cloud
It is a Cloud Computing service provided to the general public. We as a live user register or can directly use the existing service. Many Public Cloud services are free, and some need to pay to enjoy their services.

Private Cloud. It is a Cloud Computing service, which is provided to meet the internal needs of an organization / company. Ordinary IT departments will serve as Service Providers (service providers) and other departments become user (users).

Hybrid Cloud. Is a combination of Public Cloud and Private Cloud services that are implemented by an organization / company In this Cloud Hybrid, we can choose which business process can be transferred to Public Cloud and which business process should keep running in Private Cloud.
